Before Presidency
- John adams was born October 30, 1735 to a non wealthy family.
- He sometimes skipped school to go hunting.
- He entered harvard at the age of 15.
- He graduated at the top of his class in 1755.
- He studied law from 1756-1758.
- He had two news papers with two different names that argued both sides of a situation.
- He defended the soldiers that killed the 5 colonist in the Boston Massacre.
After Presidency
- After being president his family moved to Quincy Massachusetts to be closer to their family.
- He wrote articles for the Boston Patriot.
- John Adams would disagree on politics with Thomas Jefferson.
- Other than that they were close friends.
- Thomas Jefferson and John adams wrote letters to each other apologizing for being mean to each other.
- John Adams and Thomas both died on July 4, 1846.
- They never read the letters.
